Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of madridcounty.garden and the services offered through it by Madridcounty Septic. When you use the website, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Madridcounty Septic Does

Madridcounty Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them, and we make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Professional Advice

The content here is for general learning. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.
