Madridcounty Septic is a referral service. We help homeowners in Stonecrest and the Stonecrest area find independent septic and sewer providers. Think of us as a switchboard. We do not dig, pump, or fix anything. The providers in our network do that.
A septic problem is confusing when you have never had one. The tank is buried, the pipes are out of sight, and the words people use sound like another language. This site exists to explain what is going on in plain terms, then connect you with someone who can look at it in person.
We pay special attention to older houses. Pipes made from aging materials, repairs done decades ago, and records that no longer exist can all hide surprises. Old pipes, honest answers: that is the spirit we aim for.
When you request an estimate or request a callback, we ask a few simple questions. Where is the property? What are you seeing? Is it a routine tank cleaning, or something that looks like a repair? We then point you toward a provider in the network that handles that kind of work in your area.
Provider availability varies, and call hours vary by provider. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a specific time.
Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to be honest about what they find, to explain the work before starting, and to give a written quote. We also ask them to hold whatever licenses their local rules require. Each provider is responsible for its own work, pricing, and permits.
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Providers in the network may pay a referral fee to Madridcounty Septic when a homeowner is connected with them. You pay the provider only for work you agree to. There is no obligation to hire anyone you speak with.
Getting a problem solved is only half the job. A tank that has been pumped or a line that has been repaired still needs regular care, much like a car needs oil changes after a repair. Ask each provider what upkeep schedule suits your home, and write it down.
If you have a slow drain, a smell, or a wet patch in the yard, start with an estimate request. Tell us what you notice and a provider can help from there.
